Three months ago, I just arrived in Beijing to live here. Actually, I didn’t realize that Beijing was so green and had water everywhere. And specifically, the Liangma River is an amazing place. I’m looking to buy a kayak to get into the river.
穿过亮马河，河对岸就是朝阳公园和蓝色港湾。沿着这条河划船，好像变成了时光旅行者一般。
When you pass through to the other side of the river, In the meantime, while you are crossing, you will then have Chaoyang Park and Solana Mall. It’s like a time traveler through the river.
我们参观了朝阳区很多地方，其中之一是798艺术区。这个从工厂厂房逐渐发展起来的艺术园区，现在汇集了画廊、餐厅和艺术中心等多个业态，它象征着中国的文化与现代化，也是全球创意的中心。
We have already visited a lot of places in Chaoyang. One of them is 798 Art District. This renewable art district, born from the transformation of old factory buildings into galleries, cafes, and design centers and represented not only a symbol of Chinese culture, but also modernization and a global hub for creativity.
今年是中国与智利建交55周年，也是两国签署自由贸易协议20周年。对于我们、对于智利与中国的关系都有着特殊意义。
It is the 55th anniversary of the diplomatic relationships. Also, this year is the 20th anniversary of the Free Trade Agreement. This year is very special for us and the relationship that we have with China.
两国深厚的友谊让我们在创意、食品和服务行业，尤其是创新领域获得很多（合作）机会，我们深信智利的初创企业在中国大有可为。
We have a very deep relationship. We’re seeing a lot of opportunities in, the creative industry, food industry, but also in services, and specifically in innovation. We are totally convinced that Chilean startups have a huge space here in China.
我认为北京朝阳是不夜城，这是一个充满活力的城市，全天候都充满着能量，让人惊叹。最重要的是这个地方的远见卓识，它创造了优越的条件，为你提供了生活、工作和养育孩子所需的一切。
I think Beijing Chaoyang doesn’t sleep. It’s a vibrant city with 24/7 energy. It’s pretty incredible. But I think the most important thing that the district has is the “can-do” vision. The district gives you all that you need to just live, work, and grow your kids here.
因此对我来说，在个人发展、成家立业、开创事业和发展外交方面，朝阳都是一个理想之地。
So, for me, the district is the place to be not only as a person, as a family, as a businessman, as a diplomatic.
