In 2019, Beijing’s Yanqing District will focus on the development of all-for-one tourism and strive to provide all-round intelligent services for visitors, according to the ongoing session of the Yanqing District People’s Congress on January 10, 2019.
At the end of 2018, an intelligent all-for-one tourism service system (phase one) was put into trail operation in Yanqing District. With a goal of enabling visitors to tour around the district via a smartphone, the system consists of a tourism big data center, a comprehensive service platform, a government management platform, an enterprise management platform and an intelligent Internet of Things platform.
As the brain of the district’s intelligent tourism, the big data center collects and analyzes tourism data, and it can also be connected to other district-level intelligent platforms. The comprehensive service platform provides visitors with intelligent services via WeChat mini programs, the government management platform provides tourism managers with emergency command, industry management and data analysis services, the enterprise management platform provides business management and data operation services for enterprises, while the intelligent Internet of Things platform manages intelligent facilities such as smart parking, smart toilets and smart lamps.
In 2019, Yanqing District will begin the second phase construction of the system to better serve the upcoming 2019 China Beijing International Horticultural Exhibition and share the data of the system with the expo office, transportation, municipal administration, meteorological, environmental protection and agricultural departments so as to provide more comprehensive services for the visitors of the expo.
